Clubs and other student-run organizations set you up to find your people, expand your mind, help the community, or create memories you’ll want to post on your socials. When you get involved and serve as a leader in student organizations, you also build up your resume for when these college memories truly become memories and you trade your sweats for a suit, or scrubs, or your Friday business casual.
Meet Our Clubs
The college has a variety of clubs for students to join. Student clubs need to be chartered annually through the Student Government Association, so the number of clubs each year may vary depending on student interest.
Do You Want to Start a New Club?
If you don’t find exactly what you’re into, you can bring what you’re into to the college. You can start new clubs by working with the Student Life offices in Albany and Troy. Students can charter a club and submit a budget request to the Student Government Association to gain funds to support club activities throughout the year.

Honors Societies for the Smarties Among Us

Student government is a driving force in the success of a college. And it’s another way for you to get involved! It’s also a great way to exercise your leadership skills and build your resume.

Our two campuses are located in two exciting Capital Region cities with lots of activities, including board game cafes, coffee shops, movie theaters, restaurants, shopping, parks, museums, and more.
So enjoy your time on campus, but don’t forget there’s a lot to explore just steps away.
