The Career and Self Discovery Center engages students and alumni in the career development process as you explore career options, and seek internship and employment opportunities.

Through classroom visits, individual coaching, and resources — like Handshake, CandidCareer and Focus2 — we empower you to become more knowledgeable about yourself, discover industries of interest, and create a career plan to achieve your goals. We work with each student to be Career Ready with the skills employers are looking for, during and after RSC!
