Deb Shea

Dr. Shea is a longtime leader of School Building Leader (SBL), School District Leader (SDL), and School District Business Leader (SDBL) advanced certificate programs in the Capital Region. Prior to her work in higher education, she was a longtime teacher and educational leader in public schools, including serving as the assistant superintendent for educational programs and instruction for the Niskayuna Central School District. Her book, “Teacher Leadership Reimagined: A Social Network Approach” (Lexington Books) was published in 2020.
