Performances on Russell Sage College’s Troy Campus, November 12-13, 2021

The Theatre Institute at Sage will join theatrical organizations around the globe producing Music Theatre International’s All Together Now!: A Global Event Celebrating Local Theatre.

Theatrical licensor Music Theatre International created this revue for theatres to use as a fundraising event over the weekend of November 12, 2021.

The Theatre Institute’s performances of All Together Now! will be on Nov. 12 and 13 at 7:30 p.m. at the Schacht Fine Arts Center Theatre on Russell Sage College’s Troy campus.

All Together Now! features songs from MTI’s beloved catalogue of musicals performed by students and graduates from Russell Sage College’ Theatre and Musical Theatre programs and theatre professionals.

Selections include songs from Annie, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Come From Away, Disney and Cameron Mackintosh’s Mary Poppins, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Fiddler on the Roof, Godspell, Guys and Dolls, Hairspray, Into the Woods, Les Misérables, Little Shop of Horrors, Mamma Mia!, Matilda, My Fair Lady, Once on This Island, Rent, Waitress and more.

“We are incredibly excited to participate in this global event celebrating the return of live theatre, and to showcase our current students and welcome back some of our alumni to the Theatre Institute at Sage,” said Michael Musial, professor of creative and performing arts at Russell Sage College.

“MTI’s All Together Now! is about bringing people back to the theatre, whether as audience members or cast, crew and musicians,” said MTI’s President and CEO Drew Cohen. “The revue features songs from the world’s most iconic musicals, so there is definitely something for everyone to enjoy. Our goal with this worldwide event is for organizations to provide hope, inspiration and excitement to their communities through the transformative power of musical theatre.”

Tickets are $20 for the general public and may be purchased at https://theatre.sage.edu/

Visitors to Russell Sage College are required to follow current mask guidelines, based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Guests over 12 must provide documentation of full vaccination status.
