April is National Occupational Therapy Month — a perfect time to introduce some of the students, faculty and graduates of Sage’s respected Occupational Therapy program.

Sage’s Occupational Therapy program has a record of 100% passing rate of certification exams, and 100% job placement. Associate Professor and Occupational Therapy Program Director Debra Collette, OTD, OTR/L, believes the prime reason for this success is that, “We hire faculty with extensive clinical experience who have a real passion for teaching.”

Occupational Therapy graduate student, mom of two and military spouse Kate Cook found resources at Sage to support her success.

Captain of the women’s soccer team and a standout in her Health Sciences and Occupational Therapy classrooms, Giovanna Fichera found just the right balance in her college experience.

Sarah Tuzzolo chose Sage for its Occupational Therapy: Accelerated 3+2 program, but what connects her to Sage now is “the most loving community you can possibly imagine” and a supportive environment that has helped her to become more confident.
