Russell Sage College will celebrate the Class of 2022 with a traditional commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 14 at 6 p.m.

The ceremony will be held at the MVP Arena (formerly known as the Times Union Center) at 51 South Pearl Street in Albany.

“We take great pride in recognizing our graduates’ achievements,” said Sage President Christopher Ames. “This year, we are especially excited to return to our large, all college gathering and to award diplomas in front of our graduates’ friends and family.”

The 2022 ceremony will honor the graduates of August 2021, December 2021 and May 2022. The college expects to confer approximately 750 bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees at the close of the 2021-2022 academic year.

Sage will follow all public health guidance to ensure a safe event.

All graduates and their guests will be required to show proof of COVID vaccination or negative COVID test within 72 hours to enter the arena.
