About Francesca Durand
Dr. Durand has been at Russell Sage College since 2014, where she primarily teaches research methods courses to doctoral candidates. Dr. Durand’s research concentrates on the roles, policies, and practices of system leadership throughout K-12 schools. Additionally, she frequently serves as a presenter and researcher around accreditation in education and models of continuous improvement.
